[Exim] multiple recepients in one message, avoidable?

Hello,

I have sometimes that multiple identical messages for one account within
a domain are delivered as one message. I know, this is because it's all
and same target to deliver to. However, is this avoidable?

So, instead of one message with four recepients in the Envelope-To, I
want four messages with each one recepient in the Envelope-To. Possible?
