I'm pretty sure this is not possible today. as far as I can tell, it's
some work to implement, too. it probably would be best to extend the
FAIL mode somehow, with a new directive in the redirect router analogous
to its ":fail:", returning FAIL_REDIRECT or similar. (I don't think it
is worthwhile to add an ACL keyword since it is only useful for the RCPT
TO-ACL.)
(I'm looking into this for deprecating e-mail domains. I'm not worried
that spammers are clever enough to harvest 551 responses.)
