Subject: [Exim] Filter rule to block multiple To: recipients
Hi all
I am having some problems with mail that is being addressed to hundreds of
recipients, all of whom are specified in the "to" header rather than using
CC or BCC. The trouble with this is that the mail servers think it is their
own responsibility to deliver the message to each of the mail recipients.
Due to the the sites use mail (POP3 multi-drop for a single domain), we
have to allow relaying from local clients and from the ISP's mail server.

The only way I can see to fix this is to avoid delivering any message that
has more than a certain number of recipients in the "to" list. Is there a
way to do this?

Regards
Richard
