[Exim] wanna Block Remote SMTP

Hi to all,

          I'm using exim 3.22 ... on Slackware linux
now what i want is to block all remote smtp's EXPECT
only one SMTP ...
          Means to say i want to open one smtp which
is only acceptable from only one remote smtp.

is there any possibility to do in exim.conf ??
