[Exim] hosts_randomize expansion?

After reading the docs and the wishlist, it appears that hosts_randomize expects either a true or false, is not expanded, and nobody has had an interest in making it expand. If this is true, how hard would it be to implement this/can it be wishlisted? If I'm wrong, that's even better!
