[Exim] german problem: exim and TKUeV - solutions

Hi list! ;-)

Maybe someone on the list has any information on how to use exim to
fulfill the german TKUeV?

I know that this should be done with the filtering of exim, but my
knowledge isn't big enough to do it on my own. Because everybody in
germany who is making money (even by including only some ads) and
serving mailusers is forced to fulfill the requirements of the TKUeV,
there should be someone with the same needs.
