[Exim] remote host address is the local host?

Hello,

I was using exim -bt <any ip adress> so simulate an incoming
smtp-connection from that ip-address. I don't know what I changed, but
now I always get

LOG: MAIN
remote host address is the local host: vm3.devel.vrmd.de (while
routing <192.268.33.53@???>)
192.268.33.53@??? cannot be resolved at this time:
remote host address is the local host

It's the same for every ip-address other than 192.168.33.53. I don't
have a clue why this happens.
