This particular log message ("Not accepted from ...") does not appear
anywhere in the standard Exim distribution, incl. the Exim binary
itself. Do you think you can post your RCPT acl (something like
"acl_check_rcpt", but check the "acl_smtp_rcpt" setting) from your Exim
configuration file?
