[Exim] Outlook XP stalling

Hi all,

I have a client who sayas Outlook XP is stalling when receiving mail,
and eventually giving an error message. All his setting are correct. Is
there any know problems with Outlook on XP and Exim in combination?

here is the exim error log

2004-05-24 14:32:07 no host name found for IP address xxx.xx.xxx.xx
2004-05-24 14:37:08 SMTP data timeout (message abandoned) on connection
from (mobile) [xxx.xx.xxx.xx]

and the Outlook error message is:

'error (0x800CCC0B)'

any hints would be great
