Im havin problems with my configuration ...
I get in mainlog:

(-29): User 0
set for local_delivery transport is on the
fixed_never_users list
and in panic
1B6s32-0000pJ-Ua User 0 set for local_delivery
transport is
on the never_users list
Why it sends mails to operator ??
I Have freebsd.
