[Exim] help adding email address

Mail newbie here,

I just inherited a debian box w/ exim and need to add
another email address to it. How would that be done
for a local domain (no virtuals here)?

So far I created the user account on the same box. I'm
running exim 3.35.

Any help much appreciated.
