It's not hard to create an ACL rule that rejects mail with your domain
unless it is sent from within your own LAN. This is not generally
considered a wise thing to do. For example, every time you send a
message to this list, it sends you a copy. The message has your address
in the From: header but it wasn't sent by your mail system.
