[Exim] local SMTP

Hi

I have installed Exim in my Office PC (Debian) and I want to use it to
send my emails but my ISP don't have SMTP.

Is it possible I can send email from my PC (using any email address) to
any host in the internet ?
I can do this with postfix in my home (Gentoo)

BTW: It will not be open SMTP server because I am using dial-up
connection
