[Exim] a problem with procmail

Hi

We have Exim daemon installed and I want to use procmail to run some
scripts in the server when we receive email to "DO @my-dmain.com"

Here is my .procmailrc :

SHELL=/bin/sh
MAILDIR=/var/spool/mail/
LOGFILE=${HOME}/proctest.log
LOG="--- Logging for ${LOGNAME}, "
#Troubleshooting:
VERBOSE=yes
LOGABSTRACT=all

| formail -s > /home/username/testmail

# Accept all the rest to your default mailbox
:0:
${DEFAULT}
------------------------------------------

and my .forward :
|/usr/bin/procmail -f


now every time I try to send a message to myself Exim don't run procmail
at all !!

can anyone tell me what I have missed !! ?
