a) In your rcpt_acl first accept anything authenticated, then deny
with blacklists.
accept authenticated = *
deny message = your message
dnslists = your dnslists
b) Selectively use dnslists by appending !authenticated to this deny
statement.
deny message = your message
dnslists = your dnslists
!authenticated = *
