You are testing the wrong thing. You *received* a message *from*
kxjvx@??? to a destination you did not tell us, this mail was
undeliverable and exim now has generated a bounce message that it
cannot send to kxjvx@???.

Run
/usr/sbin/exim4 -bh <foreign-ip>
mail from:<kxjvx@???>
rcpt to:<recipetnyoudidnottellus>
