Hello exim guys,

I use exim 3.36 as "Internet site" mail server for quite some time.
Since a few weeks I have discovered a smtp connection delay for about 30
seconds in every outgoing mail. There are no signs in exim log or even
syslog. So I sent a test mail while printing some output to the screen:

I checked my configuration and found nothing. Does anybody have a
suggestion on resloving this problem?
