I am having some problems getting authentication to work using CRAM MD5.
First of all, here is my config:

I have created a dbm file and when I go to send mail that requires
authentication, it prompts me for my password but failes to authenticate
it. Then, if I set my mail client to not require authentication, the
mail gets sent anyways.
I want to make it so that everyone must use md5 to send, also i don't
know why it isn't authenticating. Here is all the log says:
