[Exim] EHLO / HELO and AUTH LOGIN

Dear list,


I have problem sending email using HELO and AUTH LOGIN, when i issue HELO to the server, and then AUTH LOGIN, it not prompt me for anything, and give me an "503 AUTH command used when not advertised", BUT, when I send email using EHLO first, it prompt me a list of AUTH for authentication, and i can send mail after i use AUTH LOGIN with correct authentication data.


Is there anyway to let my exim box to allow both HELO and EHLO to get AUTH LOGIN? Becasue the client program is using HELO, and they have no idea to modify it to use EHLO.
