[Exim] mirror site in japan

Hi,

A Japanese mirror site of exim's ftp area, which was once
hosted at http://washitake.com/mail/exim/mirror/ and has
been obsolete after renewal of hard disk last year, is
now up-to-date.

It is mirrored twice a day, hosted at Osaka.
