the answer is always in the question, and I must say the question is
very unclear.

well, I wonder how it does that: there is neither MX or A record for
siemag.blaneseng.co.za, so it should have been immediately frozen.
This is the first thing you must fix.
From what I see in this log I guess your question is: how do I tell
pop.xm.co.za that siemag.blaneseng.co.za is a local domain (that is
that it should accept mail for siemag.blaneseng.co.za)? Well, this is
a pretty basic question and is covered in the default configuration
(always read the fine comments there...). The answer is that you
should add that domain to the local_domains list. This will work if
your configuration file has not been messed up from the standard one.
