[Exim] Exim 4.33 local_scan() problem

I put these two together with MBM's CYRUS_SASL auth patch (which is not
yet configured).

My local_scan() function is going a little nuts. It claims EBADF when
trying to read() from the fd it is passed. The fd is always 0 (presumably
stdin on the Exim child process).

Strangely it only happens occasionally, and on particular remote hosts
(AFAICT).

Er.. help?! I'll try it without MBM's patch, but I don't think this will
change anything.
