BAD logic. If the recipient does not exist (and we are talking here
of incoming messages) you must reject it at SMTP time. If you wait
later, then please forget of bouncing it as the sender is easily
forged and most of this will be spam/virus.

who said that this is more then enough time? 10 seconds? Many busy
servers take longer to display the banner, and don't forget many also
lookup your IP address.
