[Exim] Exim RPM's or HowTo's

Hello All,

I've been off the list for a while so I'll apologize in advance if this has
come up recently. Yes it's a cry for help, I'm really tired, too many long
hours and the guy who setup the mail server is not around anymore....

Does anyone know if there exists a step-by-step for setting up Exim,
Exiscan, SA, IMAP, MySQL.

With my current Exim setup using LDAP I cannot get ClamAV to work and RAV is
about to expire. I need to get a test server setup with at least one AV
running.

Any help would be appreciated
