You wouldn't try that for a place like Barclays.

On the other hand, you would definitely want to put in such rules for
places like yahoo - HELO *.yahoo.com is not a valid HELO when connecting
to your MX when it comes from an IP without yahoo.com rDNS. Note: if you
are running MX and outbound on the same box, check that it's not an IP
you'd relay for / or an IP from where someone's authenticated himself.
