[Exim] blocking on size

Hi,
is there a way with exim 3.35 (the exim with debian woody) to bock emails
that are large between an interval ? I mean, accept all mails which size is
less than X and more than Y
Of course this is because virus email are, often, between 560 and 620 bytes
