I did get the error via telnet. Although there are typo's. (see below)
The manual send looks like it was delivered (bottom). The exception to
the other failures is this particular email was not processed by
mailscanner (
www.mailscanner.info).
Also interesting another Debian box of mine running exim Version:
3.36-9.1 and not mailscanner can send to this domain consistently.
Tried without success.
