So if after reading I think that..
verify = sender/callout=10s/defer_ok
means..

that if in 10seconds I can't verify the senders domain, that it's ok to
defer this host right?

if so what's the difference in the other example listed:

verify = recipient/defer_ok/callout=10s,defer_ok

why is defer_ok listed twice, or why is the second defer_ok not an
option to verify, but rather an option to callout?

I have just gotten an entry like this in my logs.. and it doesn't make
sense.. as does this one..
