Yes, but you must reject the message after the DATA command. The
reason is that in response to a given "RCPT TO", you cannot predict if
future "RCPT TO"s will be valid.

Try this:


    acl_check_data:
        ......
        deny
          message    = Too many failed recipients
          condition  = ${if > {$rcpt_fail_count}{0}{true}{false}}
