[Exim] CRAM-MD5 & encrypted passwords

Hello NG,

I successfully configured exim to use the /etc/shadow with plaintext
authentication but I can't figure out how to do this with cram-md5.

How do I have to set the server_secret string in order to get the
correct passwords. (I used "crypteq" within plaintext authenticator but
this cannot be applied here I assume)
