Bizzare; we get nothing but SSL negotiation from Outlook Express 6 if
SSL is enabled on any port other than 25; Mozilla/Thunderbird work just
fine (you can specify one of Plain, TLS if Enabled, Strict TLS, or SSL
for any port).

It's been suggested that we simply mandate the folks use Thunderbird,
but I don't think that would fly very well ;-)

I've thought of using stunnel; it sounds like a better idea than running
two exim servers.
