[Exim] Permissions problem

Hi all - i dont know if this is a exim4 issue or courier-imap-ssl issue but it
seems that the permissions are screwed for my e-mail - in order to access the
mail after its been delivered the the Maildir i have to chmod it to '706' in
order for any imap clients to be able to get the headers and or delete the
message

Any thoughts?
