[Exim] Advice on mailserver testing

Hi:

I need to do some testing of a mail server before it goes into
production. The mail server will be doing some checks (like sender
verify and greylisting), and I would like to test it as good as possible.

It would be nice to be able to simulate some real mail traffic somehow...

Does anyone have any ideas to share?
