[Exim] Message Log Help

Hello All,

I have this message in my log but not too sure if this was delivered or
rejected. There is nothing in the reject log to indicate that it was
rejected but the main log shows this:

2004-04-19 17:16:08 no host name found for IP address 208.62.68.140
2004-04-19 17:16:09 1BFivp-0003qo-DT <=
