Well you don't really provide a lot of info here. Like a sample message or
log entries in mainlog/rejectlog or whatever. However it sounds like maybe
the following change in 4.31 may possibly apply:
17. Further to 4.21/58, another change has been made: if (and only if) the
first line of a message (the first header line) ends with CRLF, a bare LF
in a subsequent header line has a space inserted after it, so as not to
terminate the header.
So you might try going to 4.31. Barring that you're probably going to have
to do some tests with her on the line to see exactly what she's sending.
