Start with sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org which is the SBL + cbl.abuseat.org and
opm.blitzed.org rolled into one. You might also consider relays.visi.com
which is open relays that have spam-in-hand.
Other than that, look at the various lists that
www.openrbl.org allows
lookups against. Evaluate their various listing criteria and make the
choices appropriate for your environment.
