[Exim] multiple quota warnings

Hello,

I'm looking for a way to send two quota warning messages to users, one
when they're at, say, 80% of their quota and one when they've (almost)
run out of space. Any ideas how to implement this, preferably without
calling external programs?

(Please don't try to convice me that I shouldn't want this)
