Don't do that. The standard scripts should be deactivated as described in
/usr/local/share/doc/exim/POST-INSTALL-NOTES
The script that mails you the reject log is already installed at
/usr/local/etc/periodic/daily/460.exim-mail-rejects
If you want to deactivate it you can set
exim_status_mail_rejects_enable="NO"
in
/etc/periodic.conf
If you just want to filter out certain log messages, you could log them with
log_message = your_message_here : IGNORE
which is automagically filtered by the reporting script
