Why don't you just ditch eximconfig and stick to the normal method of
configuring exim - editing the configure file (which, incidentally is
not called exim.conf when you install from the tarball)
Would be easier I guess. Some of those are fairly easy to guess but
have no specific command - for exmaple, dc_smarthost would be replaced
by something like what you see in
http://www.hserus.net/exim.html
