As well as what the others have written, especially Tim, and if you're
serious about "how to administer a(n Exim 4) mail server", Philip Hazel
(Exim's daddy) has written a fine book, The Exim SMTP Mail Server, which
you should definitely consider. It's not heap (not the most expensive
book in the world either) and will teach you a great deal.
