Ours was reduced somewhat. I appear to have put it back to 5 minutes (or
the conversion from Exim 3 to 4 did it for me).

The reduction dated back to Exim 3.x (early x at that), and the problems it
hoped to ameliorate are now solved in other ways. [Hmmm...got "ameliorate"
right and spelled "ways" wrong. It's late.]
