[Exim] No route to host problem

Hi,

Im using exim 4.24-1

It was working fine during some time, then
suddenly, it is giving problem sending messages.

When i send a message, the email client reports it
as a successful sent, but exim queues the message,
and it doesn send it.

Shows this in /var/spool/exim/log/mainlog

and it keeps doing that , and i have to remove the
message from the queue to stop it.

I would really appreciate any help.
