[Exim] Exim 4.31 in the FreeBSD ports tree

Dear Exim users,

I'm proud to announce the availability of version 4.31 of Philip's finest
mailer along with version 16 of Tom's excellent patches in the FreeBSD ports
tree.

I did also update the OpenLDAP libraries, which should cure the problems some
people experienced with the exim-ldap2 port on -CURRENT. If there are any
issues left which are FreeBSD and not configuration related, don't hesitate to
contact me.
