[Exim] HELP #2 (IMPORTANT)

Sirs, we have strange situation -- on some 1-3 mb messages we reports that
message was accepted for delivery, but on remote side (various MTA such as
postfix, CGP, qmail ) for some reasons smtp session (as far as i can
suppose) did'n closed correctly and they resend same message (msgid) again
and again.

Server is running 4.30 with exiscan (clamd and some regex on extensions)
