[Exim] Exim 4.31 - did you add my feature?

There's two things on my wish list. Did they make it in 4.31?

Both are lookup dnsdb features.

One allows the lookup of SOA records.

The other is the ability to allow records lookups that fail to return an
empty string or "none" rather than to defer forever.

So - does it work? If not - when will it be added?
