About bloody time! Problem replicatable - always a good start.
Build exim-ldap2 on freebsd 5.2.1-p4 and you'll experience my problem...
I believe ;)
On my desktop where it the basic port worked, I just tried the
exim-ldap2 port, et voila.
1011# telnet 0 25
Trying 0.0.0.0...
Connected to 0.
Escape character is '^]'.
220 1011 ESMTP Exim 4.30 Wed, 31 Mar 2004 16:58:06 +1000
421 1011 lost input connection
Connection closed by foreign host.
