OK. Look in exim.conf (or whatever yours is called) for the
string SYSTEM_ALIASES_FILE and see what file it points to.
Should be /etc/aliases or /etc/mail/aliases or something else.
Just make sure that the file it is pointing to _does_ really
exist and it's in the format of an aliases file.
