are ?good? reasons (as stated in the book/FAQ/and list) as to why the
$address_data should not be expanded until used/filled in first.
It is however, or has been, a matter of debate though.
Although... I am not sure if this has been revisited since the addition of
$acl_xxx being added to the Headers file for use after message reception,
so perhaps some 'get all the data' lookups could be done earlier...
