[Exim] Forward Mails for one domain to another host

Hallo,
i want exim to forward mails in the following way:
the mails for domain.de should be handled by exim on the local machine if there
is a correct alias
and the mails for domain.net and the other domain.de should be forwarded to an internal
server on an other machine.

Is it possible to handle this by the Router-Transport-Configuration?
