If they use the same open relay/proxy as before, then, with any luck,
after two hours they'd be in blacklists.
If they use a different open relay/proxy, then they'd just earn
themselves another greylisting.
It's just hit me - for the blacklists on which we're not prepared to
reject outright, why do we only award spamassassin points? Surely
the clever money would be on issuing a 4xx and waiting for the
blacklisting situation to clear? - or not, as the case may be.
